FILING A COMPLAINT

I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and providing quality care to all of my clients. If you have any concerns or issues regarding my services or conduct, I encourage you to talk to me first so that we can discuss the situation and work together toward a resolution. Open communication is vital to maintaining a positive and productive therapeutic relationship. However, if you feel that your concerns have not been addressed or resolved, you have the right to report your complaint to the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).

If you’d like to file your complaint to the Licensing Board in Texas you can contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council by call 1-800-821-3205 to request the appropriate form or obtain more information. This number is for complaints only.  You can also mail complaints to Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, Attn: Enforcement Division 333 Guadalupe Street, Ste. 3-900 Austin Texas 78701 or send an email to enforcement@bhec.texas.gov.
