Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is one-on-one, just for you! It’s a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. It’s all about gaining insight into past and present experiences, building coping skills, and working through personal struggles to feel more empowered, confident, balanced, and at peace.
Relationship + Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is for you and your partner. As a neutral third party, I help couples develop deeper levels of intimacy and connection through curiosity, communication, and openness. We’ll work to identify patterns that keep you stuck in conflict or feeling distant from one another and use practical tools to strengthen communication and develop a genuine understanding of one another.
Eating Disorder Therapy
Eating disorder therapy focuses on addressing the underlying emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors contributing to disordered eating. Together we’ll deconstruct beliefs about food, body image, and movement to create a more holistic and realistic view of health. We’ll also develop new coping tools for emotional regulation, strengthened self-esteem, and lasting recovery.
In treating eating disorders, I value collaboration with your whole treatment team (dietitian, physician, psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, etc.) and can provide referrals to establish a strong supportive network.

I offer sessions in person at my cozy office in north Austin, Texas located at 8400 N Mopac Expressway, Suite #301.

Virtual Therapy Across Texas
Prefer to join sessions from the comfort of your own home? Not in the Austin area? I also offer virtual sessions to clients anywhere in the state of Texas. (Pets are more than welcome to make appearances in our sessions!)
